Coach Robert Bradshaw is dedicated to helping student-athletes become confident leaders both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy focuses on building character, developing athletic skills, and creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• 6 years of coaching experience at East River High School
• Junior Varsity Head Coach
• Member of a coaching staff with multiple regional playoff appearances
• Mentored student-athletes who have advanced to Division I college baseball programs
• Expertise in player development, baseball IQ, and leadership development
• Dedicated to fostering accountability, work ethic, and teamwork
